Travel Tip #9: Five Minutes

Whenever you get to a new city before you do anything sit down for 5 minutes. If you want, go to a cafe and get a tea or coffee. Give yourself a few minutes to relax, and assess your surroundings. Figure out where you need to go to catch that bus, train or taxi. Coming to a new place can be stressful. Taking 5 minutes to relax can help ease your mind and leave you in a great mental state for the rest of your busy day.
