Hello, my name is Jerica Green. I am a downhill skateboard racer turned astrophysicist turned traveling food enthusiast. Currently, I am romping around the world in order to learn everything I can about food. I aim to work the whole way, literally from farm to table and everything in between. This *first* trip will take me all over Asia and Europe for roughly the next 3-4 years.
